    • Early check out fees are $75.00.  If early check out is required, guests must advise the hotel of any change at or upon check in to avoid this fee.

  • Cut off date for any hotel reservation is Tuesday, June 3, 2025 - Hotel states there will be no exceptions!

  • Check in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out is 11:00 a.m. on the date of departure.

The Summit Hotel is located at 5345 Medpace Way, Cincinnati, OH 45227 on the east side of the city, approximately 12 miles from downtown Cincinnati.

From Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)

The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is the closest major airport, located approximately 22 miles southwest of the Summit Hotel.

By Car:

  • Exit the airport via I-275 East, following signs for I-71/I-75 North toward Cincinnati.

  • Merge onto I-71 North/I-75 North,

  • As you cross the Ohio River, use the right 2 lanes to turn slightly right onto I-71 N (signs for Columbus/US-50 E)

  • Continue on I-71N, Take Exit 9 for Red Bank Road toward Fairfax.

  • Follow Red Bank Road for about .8 miles, Turn left onto Medpace Way/Red Bank Rd.
